Important: This Change Only Applies to Mileage Reimbursement Payments, NOT Mileage Claims
Please continue submitting your claims for gas mileage reimbursement (GMR) the same way you always have. What's changing here is that your reimbursement payments will now be sent through PayQuicker instead of Interchecks.
What You Need to Know:
When will this change happen?
You will start receiving payments through PayQuicker on your regular payment dates starting in May 2025:
- May 1st for alternate transportation
- May 9th for gas mileage reimbursements (GMR)
What Is PayQuicker?
PayQuicker is a secure system that lets you get your payments quickly and easily, just like Interchecks. You can choose how you want to receive your money—from a debit card to a bank transfer or even a check.
How do you receive payment?
With PayQuicker, you choose what works best:
- Transfer to a bank account, digital wallet, Venmo, or PayPal
- Use a PayQuicker debit card (physical or digital) in your name
- Request a paper check
When/how do I sign up?
No action needed now. When your next payment is ready, you'll get an email from PayQuicker with a link to set up your account. It's quick and secure, you'll just need:
Your name
Your home address
Your email address
Your date of birth
A phone number for two-step verification (for account security)
